It is our strong belief that the most effective learning mechanism and growth for the next generation happens naturally when they are creating something for their world. Therefore, this company focuses on creating content that can inspire people of all ages to not just learn more, but to start working on something of their own. Our goal is to help you consume and produce world class ideas, especially in the form of audio content and digital books. We focus on helping you learn, create, and publish; you focus on growing and relaying your wisdom. That, ultimately, is the new learning culture we hope to give to the world.

At SH Learning Culture LLC, our business model revolves around the rising podcast Voice of Sayar Henry. This podcast differentiates itself from a million other podcasts in the world by uniquely combining the topics of learning, personal growth, productivity, and lifestyle design in a way that had never been done before, thanks to the meticulously crafted sound designs that give listeners unique audio experiences for each and every episode. According to the podcast’s performance analytics, engaged listeners of this podcast are young adults from all over the world, with United States at the top representing 30% of them. With such content, the company attracts two different categories of customers. The first one is that of sponsors, brands and podcast advertising agencies. The second category consists of young content creators and aspiring writers who want us to provide our consultation, narration, and voice-over services, to polish their audiobooks, ebooks and creative projects alike, and to publish their work to Amazon, Audible, and major podcasting networks in the United States.
The Founder
This company is founded by Sayar Henry who is loved and trusted by many language students and podcast listeners. Sayar Henry is a consulting teacher from Myanmar with a unique perspective on language acquisition, learning psychology, personal development and critical thinking of young adults and mature language learners. Using his passion for teaching, language learning and academically trained intellect, he had designed and developed refreshing learning strategies and teaching methodologies for thousands of language learners over the past decade, paving the way for the next generation of young local teachers on social media.
Sayar Henry has been creating educational content for language learners on YouTube since 2013. More importantly, he originally and creatively designed English learning courses known as Ear Training Course, Insight Readers Course, Power Writers Course and Sweet Grammar Course which are recognized by 3000+ local students as far more effective than traditional 4-Skills approach to language teaching.
In 2017, he came up with a daring and original concept for a language learning app that can provide what the world’s most popular language learning apps of that time such as Duolingo cannot — a stimulating framework that can help language learners think in their target language without needing to translate back and forth into another (or their native) language. This concept and exercise design was demonstrated in a demo app called Language Companion which was available for free on Google Play from 2019 to 2023.
In 2021, he started Voice of Sayar Henry podcast which was primarily intended for people who love educational and thought-provoking content that can not only be consumed by native speakers of English, but also invite language learners into the world of modern ideas. Covering a range of topics from modern language learning and self-improvement to productivity and lifestyle design while also providing an enjoyable audio experience, the podcast grew quickly over the course of just one year and is now loved by several hundreds of loyal listeners across the world who can’t spend a day without listening to an episode of this addictive podcast multiple times.
As a passionate language teacher who also happens to be a highly creative individual, Sayar Henry founded SH Learning Culture LLC in 2022 with a mission to educate the next generation by creating informative and inspiring digital content, as well as by providing private consultation services to enhance their learning process.
The Trade Name ‘Sayar Henry’
‘Sayar Henry’ is the trade name of the founder of SH Learning Culture LLC. It is the trade name associated with his teaching career which is well known among students in Myanmar; in Burmese language, ‘Sayar’ can be interpreted as ‘Teacher’. He decided to use it on his podcast and this website to better connect with his fans and former students who knew him from his Facebook Page and YouTube Channel prior to founding the company.
